The route begins in front of four displays were some prehistoric tools are shown, as well as some drawings about the first hunter men.

We continue with an exposition of wooden meat processing machines provided both by the firm and by some other houses in the shire. They were built around 1800 and they are all different.
Displays by master Traité presenting the different stages of slaughtering and sausage elaboration. The slaughter man was hired for the occasion, as well as the “mocadera” (woman who knows the art of stuffing), who seasoned and elaborated the sausage

Pictures on the Sala family and other workers of the firm, from 1908. The original film is made with crystal and we preserve it in our files.

Wooden kneading machines used to mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and any other spice to be added.

Expositor with several tools used for the slaughter, and with some funnels used to manually stuff the tripe. There are also some office tools used by the firm during the last one and a half century.

The visit ends in the shop where some of the sausage from La Garrotxa can be tasted for free. Some souvenirs from the museum and the shire of La Garrotxa can be purchased here too.
